DOVE THIRTY™ | KOOZIE PACKS

I ordered some dove thirty hats and low bird koozies and so far i really like them. Otto Hats are good quality, koozies seem to be good quality as well. They took a little while to receive them and had to send an email before i i ever got a tracking number, but other than that no issues.

Placed order on July 5th. July 9th received email label created, date pending. I emailed on 07/21 to see where my order is with no response but I receive an email to ask me to rate my experience. I understand if they are back ordered and will ship at a later date, but would like a response. I will update my experience when I receive an update on my order.
