    Delivery took over a month. There was no communication about a backorder. My emails were never answered. I thought I had been scammed. Hat is medium quality. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

    Company was unresponsive to multiple emails that I sent out. It took over a month to receive my purchase from order date and they would not honor my request for refund prior to the shipment of the order. I would never order anything from this company.
